    Cap needs sig 200 but when you awaken overseer he'll gain a gamma charge when overseer is immune to nullify or poison making him faster

    Overseer
    Overseer doesn't need much sig to be useful, and while he doesn't necessarily need it, it does help his damage output and immunities. If you're short on sig stones, this is your best option.

    Overseer is so much better awakened. He’s amazing at sig 1, it allows him to ramp up so quickly in any match up that uses poison, nullify, stagger, and fate seal. High sig is nice for extra damage but definitely not needed.
