Scorching ray arena locked( not working)

1st & 2nd pic are of other arenas but working fine but issue is with the other arena ( i was playing & was at 3.5mil points, hust last milestone left) game crashed & now that arena is not playing at all.
Showing this 👇 ( tried restarting multiple times already)

PS: "not using express mode since I don't have sigil at all"

    Press this on the main arena page. you will lose any streaks you have but its the only fix right now

    I did that & lost the streak. Annoying bug💀
