MIssing Parry at Beginning of Fight after Patch

I've started to notice that about every few matches, my parry will miss to start the fight. I will try to record this in the future.

This has happened to me since the update, specifically in BGs.

iphone 14 Pro
ios up to date
game mode: battlegrounds

    Yes… it’s like I blocked and nothing happened Happening to me on battlegrounds and eq.

    This is still happening and is extremely frustrating in battlegrounds, when you are trying to parry at the start of the fight and just take a combo to the face instead.

    I've had the same thing for a while, thought it was just me. I'm on android though.
    I've had all the other input issues come and go(and come back again) but this is a new one with the initial parry.

    Yes. I cannot seem to find the pattern. Very frustrating.

    It's happens to me acouple times, I get smoked a few times right at the beginning of the fight when I try to block or parry and then when I try to do a heavy absolutly nothing happens no matter how many times I try. I end up restarting the game and everything's back to normal.
