LF Alliance to run bg and AQ rewards

I'm a returning player that's been playing a couple months now(15- 2016 account) I'm pretty good as I can solo map 3 on AQ and about to hit plat on BG. I'm going to be pushing for uncollected, but I just need an alliance that's good and will actually give me time to speak instead of straight kick thinking I'm a newb when I can whoop leaders butt if we were evenly matched irl and ig lol.
