Masteries in bg

Why all of sudden do i have recoil masteries in my bg deck even tho i never changed them??
This happened to anyone else or is it just me ?

    I did one match and quit after I realized my ouchies were applied. Thankfully they fixed it somewhat quickly(ish).

    I changed my total mastery set up by spending 100+ units.. after change i went 3 bracket upwards..now sitting in quantum 1 ( usually lying between arcane 1 and 3)
