Accidental platinum order

Hi,
I have made an accidental order of platinum track.
My intention was to buy the triple platinum offer, however I have purchased the regular one. As soon as I have found out I have contacted kabam who urges me that I am still eligible for the triple one. Should I cancel the transaction through Apple Pay and buy the triple one?

don't cancel via apple. thats stupid.
just buy the triple. the price should be reduced now, to reflect you purchased 1 already.

if support say "no refund for you" and you make a refund claim via apple, no good will come of it.

The triple used to cost 14.99, that’s what it costs now as well. What’s the reduction are you referring to?

The triple is 24.99, so they reduced it by the 10 you already paid.

Yep, so you could either buy each month individually for 10 or buy all 3 at once for 25, but then they set it up to discount the full bundle in case of any purchase mistakes or changes of heart.
