    Angela's awakened ability is all but worthless so that does matter. She is a borderline God tier champ. Her regen is really solid and she deals a lot of damage. She's more useful as a 5* as there are fewer good 5* regen champs, but overall she's a beast.

    Yeah she honestly surpassed Thor & Drax on my list of top Cosmic champs (and I have thor r5 sig 99)... she doesn't rely on anything (stun, bleed) to deal crazy damage, and that little stable regen is pretty cool to have. The only downside is all those buffs she gains (in some cases)... on nodes like spite or champs in war with mystic dispersion, she would get destroyed. She will probably be my next R5 Cosmic champ...
