Solo event milestone rewards

I've noticed solo event milestone rewards are giving out 1 4 star signature stone crystal instead of ten. When did this change happen?

    Since when did they give out 10? It has always been 1

    What? I received ten for a long time. The I did the level up a week or two and got 10 on the fifth reward

    It has only ben 1. Mabye u just hav Them so u thuget u get 10 out of Them But it only one

    I guarantee this whole time I've gotten 10. I've done it multiple times. That's awesome I at least had it for a little bit
