Visuals missing

Still having missing visuals with champions blocks and specials. It's really making it hard to play certain champions especially Penni. PLEASE PLEASE CAN I GET EYES ON THIS FROM KAMBAM. I'm on a Samsung j2 this has been happening since a update you guys did a few months ago and after months of being like this still no word on fixing this. Please fix this.

    Heres a picture to show you how there is no visual for Penni block. Also during this fight not only was wong's block visuals missing so is his sp2 visuals. I keep finding more and more champions that have missing visuals all are relate the block or specials.

    I have the same thing on my ipad air 2 with the latest software update and latest version of the game, really annoying
