Can I reclaim my expired unclaimed season 9 rewards

I missed out on getting my season 9 rewards due to being on holiday with no access to my account, just wondering are they gone for good or is there a way to get them back? ( if not I’ll be really pissed)

    Nothing happened to your rewards. They were old so we sent them to live in a farm.
