Relic glitch

For the past couple of days I’ve been having a glitch with relics that doesn’t allow me to bind or unbind them. I wanted to make sure this wasn’t only happening to me so I asked one of my buddies and he’s having the same issue. Can someone fix this bug?

    Yes I haven’t been able to bind any relic for a couple of updates now.
    Too afraid to even try to unbind since it won’t let me bind again.
    This is ridiculous
