FPS locked at 30 FPS

I am using ASUS ROG 6D for the past 6 months and it allows the game to goes to 60fps without any issue and it's buttery smooth.

The recent August Updates locks the game to 29 to 30fps and causing stuttering and lags. This is serious affect the playability of the game.

Noticed when entering the game or menu, the game is able to boost until 120fps for seconds, then after it locks at 30fps.

Anyone is experiencing this issue?

All Android phones having 120hz +(not auto/adaptive) refresh rate have their game cap to 30fps now , but kabam doesn't acknowledge there is an issue and sticks to the ("game always had been running at 30fps") its intended reply (since most of the company probably only use apple devices) so they typically don't understand the issue in this patch.
Its quite a sad situation, For about 3-4 years I've been playing with over 60-144fps this game and was hoping with new phones and the game evolving we may have better optimization for higher refresh rate phones, even 60hz phones like most Apple devices could get to run this game on 60ps or at least make it for the menu/maps/scrolling.
But no, instead of improving like any other game to support higher refresh rates, they decided to force a 30fps cap to everyone instead.
I know Mastery 2.0 is hard to implement, but is it that hard to make an option to toggle between 30/60/90/120 fps in the menu and let everyone choose whatever they can run the game?

I have the same issue, but not everyone is experiencing the problem, quite a few players in my alliance are still playing at the higher fps. Even on the same devices that I saw reported here on forums.

Would like to see a video proof of that phone not effected and running on high frames, so I can re-sell my new phone and buy that one instead.

Dude what I am saying is that you can have two players with the same device and one is affected by this bug and the other one is not, does not matter what device you have.
