I was banned after 5 years of playing for no reason

hello I am a former player of the game and I returned disappointed about 6 months ago to find with surprise that I was permanently banned for no reason I did not cheat except once 3 years ago but I I received a warning and I stopped so how can I contest?? Help me please

    no it was 3 years ago i received a 2 day warning and since then i have always played legally

    What was the reason for the ban? It gives you a TOS section number now.

    it was marked use of unauthorized software but I did not cheat and I had not played for at least 3 months before returning I do not understand
