    Even if gladiator better at the start he will be rebalanced so herc will be top cosmic till 6* are outdated

    If there are pretty sure they will won't be making a 7 star herc due to obvious reasons, I doubt they will end up making a herc equivalent in Gladiator, considering he will be a 7 star.
