Does bishop have any ability that reduces ability accuracy?

I went through his whole kit just to find anything that reduces ability accuracy or even anything that prevents immortality but I found nothing. If there is really nothing then why did herc not trigger immortality when hit? I Maybe dumb and could've overlooked something, that's why I'm here asking.

The most likely answer is assassin’s mastery. But a lesser known ability of bishop’s is that when awakened, if he starts the fight with 1 bar of power, blocking reduces the opponent’s ability accuracy by up to 80% at sig 200.

He is sig 1 and I wasn't blocking when I got hit.
