Need help with nodes

I’m taking so much burst damage but no one can tell me what node it’s coming from so I can avoid it. Can anyone help? It’s from legendary incursions.

    So many options....

    - Are you running suicide masteries? If so, that's a big problem against Void
    - Could be normal Void debuff damage
    - 'One Too Many Hits' - Are you throwing specials when the Power Sting is on you from this node?

    Once you get a power stings on you you'll start taking heavy damage from void and debuff damaging or non damaging causes damage to you with void.

    I don’t suppose anyone has any ideas on how to beat it with Ultron or Hulkling? I really don’t want to quit out.
