Folks. I’m just saying.

I’ve tested maybe…five different ways and synergies with the OG Iron Man rework, and all I can say is L O L

Get that man a Crit team and watch him cook

Good job, Kabam. Damn good work, there

What synergy teams were you using?

He seems to be rather spicy just by himself

There’s three that I really like as an old-schooler who likes the lore of the source material; I will post screenshots and offer descriptions of why

This is the House Party Protocol, plus OG Cap:

Why this is sneaky-good for OG Iron Man:

    1. Superior Iron Man, War Machine and OG Cap bring multiple Crit Rating enhancements. OMG. People. Just try this one. OK? Just try it. Look at all Yellow Number Goodness. LOL

    2. OG Iron Man, again, is getting Armor Rating increases as well. The guy is just a freaking tank. Here’s some data points:

See what I mean? Chip damage? No, son — not today.

This build is a R3/45 6-star. I was just casually Critting for 18K mediums. See the right corner, with highest hit? Those were just Crits, man

It's a good buff. A lot like War Machine's: a big damage boost, a bit of utility and huge tankiness.

It’s really funny — there’s a bit of Punisher 2099, Viv Vision and War Machine in there, and it’s all good

Yes, but that's not surprising though, @ESF -
1 - coming up with completely new ideas for buffed champs is a lot harder than finding creative new ways to package old ideas. I do pretty much the same thing in my own buff thread - repackage/repurpose old mechanics to suggest buffs that are less demanding for the design team. (Have a read - I'd love your feedback!)
2 - Canonically, this Iron Man armour should be quite similar to the War Machine and simpler than the IMIW armour, shouldn't it? It's the Mark-III, after all.

Having had a little time to think about it, I really like how (for example) the Armour abilities to not be Nullified, and Power Lock when Armour buffs expire effectively mimic the abilities of the passive armour IMIW has.

Yea the buff crazy good. He is definitely a tank now! Took him to incursions and he shreds fights once armor breaks are up!

The power lock on armour expiry is such a brilliant piece of ability. It's something only someone who played the champ or the game a lot could come up with

the buff is best suited for non-suicide users. spamming specials is our worst enemy. if they retain his old style regen that triggers per fight instead of per quest, then i think it is ok. but if you use like five sp1s, that's 25% of health removed from recoil damage alone that's just from a single fight.

i believe it's high time for the devs to consider easier mastery editing quality of life update so we can turn on/off whatever masteries we like very quickly
