Missing token not given?

A while ago, during the legend event, the date written in the in game email was wrong for the legend calendar event. I missed the first day(only day) as it was written august 16th, but the event started on august 15th instead. I wrote to support and they stated that in was indeed a typo and that the situation would be addressed later on. I waited, but there was no update. Can anyone give me an update?

    Would love a small update to know whether I should use my two tokens to get nexus crystals or to wait to potentially get the 7 star selector, preferably before the timer runs out

    Set a reminder for the last day to use them on the 6* Nexus. Chances are Support and the game team aren't really communicating. So better safe than sorry

    Yea quite likely I’ll do that, would be bummed if there’s no answer but oh well Ig
