Can't claim alliance enlisment rewards

I have joint an alliance a few days ago and the timer on the enlisment alliance event has expired but i am still not able to claim the rewards. I have contributed enough points.

How long do i have to be in the alliance before i can claim these rewards?

    Same issue here & posted about it .
    So far no response from them.
    I am coming back from the break( i was not in any alliance when this event started) so no chance of exploiting the event rewards

    Send support a ticket. Forums is the worst place to post this kind of issue.

    Also it's the weekend... there won't be any of the big wigs on forums
