Act 7 Rewards Missing

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been doing initial completion of act 7 to get to paragon. After completing chapters 1 and 2, I was looking through my crystals and noticed that I didn’t have the two 25% T5CC crystals, the two 6* rank up gems crystals, or the 20 signature stone crystals. I put in a ticket through Kabam and got a response back quickly, claiming that all of my rewards had been properly achieved and properly deposited. However, I do not have those crystals and have not opened them. Is there anything else I can do? And has anyone else experience this in the game ?

    Do you remember what class your 6* 1-2 gem was?

    They were rank up gem crystals. I never received them to be able to open them

    Did you complete 1&2 today? Have you checked your inventory?

    I finished chapter 1 last Wednesday, chapter 2 on Saturday, and chapter 3 yesterday. I got the rewards for chapter 3, but did not receive the rewards for chapter 1 and chapter 2 completion.
