Alliance Tickets Trade In - No Point?

So why is the Alliance Tickets Trade In offer no points?

I understand that Kabam stated that AQ in the future will no longer require Alliance Ticket, so this is a way to use them up.

However the trade in value equal to a net lost for players, while at the same time give no point toward the Solo Event.

These ticket cost players certain currency, now that Kabam decided not to utilise it anymore the least Kabam can do is either give back the equivalent cost value to players or at least give the players a little point toward the Solo event.

This is a very poorly thoughtout and executed event.

I'm sure the response (if any) would be "since the event started we can't make changes", so in the end a lost and lost for players.

You would think leading to one of the biggest sales event Kabam would try to encourage positiveness in the community to encourage more participants in the Cyber Weekend and XMas events (to also help swept the list of "mishaps" throughout the year, looking at you Mythic crystals and Rooting), but nope Kabam decided to wind up the player community instead.

It was something they knew people had, and knew they would spend, so they chose not to include it towards the rewards.

    Simple Kabam logic.

I went from a plat alliance to a gold one this season, after the newest rewards update in AW, the one that gives master full 7* r2s and everyone else gets a relic, that also runs easier maps in AQ than the frustrated #8 with very few loss in glory. That doesn't even is a difference this month, with the tickets exchange crystals and all, so I had spare AQ tickets that I sold for gold.
It was a nice touch for me, but then again, this is a specific situation, and point of view.

I think 1 points per ticket would be more than fair

Over time we have been given alliance tickets for free, through compensation and gifts from kabaam. A lot of people have never ran map 8 so i guess they would never use them so kabaam is giving them something. If you run map 8 and have so many that you won't be able to use them all before map 8 becomes free then that is a resource management problem and the same people who complain about a, lack of gold will have bought too many tickets not realizing the cost escalates.

The bad joke is, they have now given us the option to trade in as promised, but this new AQ will still cost us. So I think this is kind of deceiving to have provided the option early, have it not count toward rewards of the event, and we still have to invest in tickets moving forward; I can't trust even November to be the final date, they can push the release and no cost further if they wanted. This is not cool at all, I haven't been this disappointed on a long time.
