This champion’s cool because she has an 80% bleed, poison, degen and power sting effect resistence (not just debuff) while in transcendence. BUT DOES IT WORK? Let’s see!
This is my r4 Kindred, he deals 288 damage per second, so 144 damage per tick. Here’s proof:
And his sig also allows him to gain up to 80% degen potency based on lost health. Well, then that would make the maximum damage he can deal per tick 259 (144+115). I’m going to now show you a clip of my r3 Moondragom taking damage from his degen while he’s at 40% hp…

She’s taking 200 damage per tick while she’s supposed to have 80% resistence…
I don’t think it’s funny to see that this whole mechanic of hers is not working at all… so @Kabam Miike please look into this immediatly… it always seems like the rebalance program is useless since you don’t actually test these things out, there’s no way something like this could have slipped through the cracks…

Three things:
One - do you have any points in the Courage Mastery? Kindred is below 50% health, so is he getting a boost from Courage?
Two - I see the ticks for around 200/tick when he's at 40% health: how much damage do your other champs take from Kindred at that point? That's how you actually visualise how much she's reducing the damage.
Three (most important) - Moondragon doesn't have anything called degeneration 'resistance': she very clearly reduces the potency of incoming Degeneration effects.
Well, that's great for her; but Kindred's Signature ability increases the potency of his Degeneration effects.
If Moondragon reduces Degeneration Potency, but Kindred increases it back up again, it's still going to hurt. I also experienced that the hard way, trying to take Kindred down with a 5* Mr Negative in his monthly Event Quest.
I know for a fact that it messes up badly with Mister Negative, speaking from experience in previous EQ.
Two- I included the math and will test out other champs aswell
Three- that doesn’t make any sense… with 80% potency Kindred’s degens deal 259 per tick when his health is lowest, so why would she be taking 200 damage per tick at 40% of his hp?
That’s insanely stupid game design, so instead of reducing the 450 damage per tick that other champions take to 90, she is reducing it to 200? That means at low hp Kindred she does nothing? Dumb…
Silver Surfer reduces Incinerate damage by 100%.
Elsa Bloodstone increases her Incinerate damage by 50% for each Busted debuff.
Incinerate with no Busted debuffs = zero damage
Incinerate with one Busted debuff = 50% of usual Incinerate Damage
Incinerate with two Busted debuffs = 100% of usual Incinerate Damage
And so on.
It's how Kabam does percentages.
