October 12th, same time all new content normally drops. it also says in game if you click on one of the stamps in your inventory

It's not free, it's "free".
If you bought all 3 months of the platinum track, each month you get 1 stamp and you can trade in 3 for a 7 Star Morbius (tb and paragon).
It's obviously not free but it was an added incentive/bonus, when previous months the track was just the track.
