Is there a meaning behind the reduce of 6 Star Sig Stones in 8.3? Any opinions?

Probably not but why did it get reduce from 50 to 40 compared to the last two chapters so far?
Is 6 star sig stone going to be more available now or is it the begining of story having less and less of a 6 star sig stone count?
I sure would like to get an official answer to this decision to have 40 instead of 50 unless it's a mistake in typing.
