Kabam Removed 6* Crystals and Shards?

I logged into the game 2 days ago (13. October 2023) to find that I could not see the 6* Featured Crystal or the 6* Basic Crystal in the shard crystals tab. The dual class crystal was still available for purchase, but it said that I had zero (0) 6* shards. I thought, "that's odd," but figured it was a bug to be fixed in due time.
Upon opening the game this morning (15. October 2023), I was faced with the fact that I still had zero (0) 6* shards, only now the 6* Featured and 6* Basic crystals had returned to the Shard Crystals tab.
Kabam, why did you remove my 6000+ 6* shards and simply pretend it didn't happen? Is anybody else facing this issue?
I just want the over 6000 shards I had had before they deleted the crystals temporarily back. Kabam, you will not sweep this under the rug this time.

Yes, others have claimed to have this issue before. Again, there isn't anything that can be done here. Especially since you've provided zero proof.
