Act 8.4 boss?

I am that kind of person who skips game dialogue, neither do I have huge knowledge about marvel lore. But I found out all 3 act 8 bosses are assistants of this character called ouroboros who is it and what is his lore? I thought carina is going to be act 8 boss and was excited to fight her. But now I believe this ouroboros is going to be act 8.4 boss. Is he as popular and powerful like grandmaster kang or thanos, in the marvel comics/games

It is also a reference to a group, not an individual.
I think we still don't know much about The Chronoserpant (who u called "Ouroboros") but we know that he is a great evil, that he is like a parasite towards planets and worlds (he feeds on worlds' energy force) and that, it seems, he is the reason that The Maestro was so powerful...
And they did meet, as u can see in this concept:
In the story for 2 chapters now Ouroborus are represented as freedom fighters who seek to liberate the battlerealm of any Elder's regime. I hate this and I hope with all my heart that in 8.3 the Chronoserpant will go "Ok enough pretending, time to finish this" and reveal himself and their true goal (actually he reminds me of Galactus, cuz if im not mistaken both feed on the energies of entire worlds, tho in different ways and of course while Galactus is a force of nature The chronoserpant seems truly evil) beacuse they're clearly evil... so why try and sell us this bs? And i feel like the story moves in the rate of a turtle... man...
