Confused by SQ Candy rewards

I have 100% completed/explored every week, as well as the Knull's Void quest, and have spent all the candy I have except for 50 and still have 5 milestones to hit on each of the solo events. Am I missing something? Is more candy being rewarded somewhere? I feel like I didn't actually get the candy for completion/exploration - only the path candy.
