Who should I ascend? (5 Star Archangel, Kitty Pride or Ghost?)

So I'm thinking of ascending a 5 star this weekend, but im having trouble figuring out who. Cos I need it for BG and also the story mode. I was going with Archangel but when I read up on the other 2, now I'm not so sure. Some help would be appreciated.

    I thought it was a 6*.
    If it was a 5* then go with archangel

    DO NOT ASCENSD ARCHANGEL
    His neurotoxin damage does not come from base attack, so it won't do anything useful. Ghost will greatly benefit from doing 20% more damage on those huge sp2s
