    Definitely Galan. If you're looking for a BG and questing champ, he's definitely the top pick. He has a fast rotation, and is capable of dealing massive damage when used correctly.

    I didn't really need any of these champions for 8.3 but you definitely could have if you wanted to, as 8.3 isn't that restricted.

    There's a Vulture boss who has Electric Defense which Galan is great for if you don't already have someone for that. He's also good for BGs (not this meta tho) and the extra rank directly increases his Harvest, as it works off base stats.

    Out of these Angela is one of the better counters in game against Cerastes..final boss..but if u already have that covered, galan is a better overall champ
