Angela sig issues?

I have an angela 6*r4 max sig and I wonder why I have issues with her sig especially in Alliance War on lane 3 against node 21 (rarety 4). Where she should purify/ drop the duration of the bleeding debuffs by 35% with each buffs on her but she doesn’t and it leads me to die from bleeding despite having 3 buffs and more on me. I have seen this on battleground fight last season too.
The things is, that it’s not always the case sometimes she works perfectly fine which is super frustrating.
Any other players facing this issues? It only appears for bleeding. I have seen it on poison, shock or incinérations yet.

Deep wounds is the answer. She can only reduce base duration, and then the extra duration from deep wounds is added on after

She should reduce every damaging debuffs as it is written in her sig. As I know deep wounds is only increasing damages, not reducing sig abilities. I would have understood if I was playing again a reducing capabilities champion, but no I mostly face techs (sentinel omega or future antman)

The unwritten part of her sig is she can’t reduce the duration of deep wounds. It’s been confirmed by Kabam before.

Angela's sig reduces the duration all the way down to 0, but deep wounds adds a flat 0.5-2.5 seconds to the duration, so you still end up with up to 5 ticks of bleed damage.
