**WE ARE NO LONGER Temporarily Reverting Tier 1 War Ban System**

After further discussion, the game team has made the decision not make adjustements to the ban system.
The previously proposed fix would have resolved the issue for Summoners who are on the cusp of T1/T2 play, and negatively impacted Alliances more securely in T1. Instead, we recommend that cusp Alliances switch to Manual Placement to your members to place the allotted 5 Ban Champions limit there.

Hi Kabam mods and admins, @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit @Kabam Porthos @Kabam Vydious @Kabam Lyra @Kabam Jax @Kabam Crashed

My main mcoc account was permanently banned a month back and the message displayed had TOS 10 (Account sharing violation). I was using 4 accounts and all my accounts were banned. I have deactivated all my alt accounts. I can swear I never ever shared my account with anyone. As can be verified from the backend, I have been using the same Device(pixel 7 pro) for the past 1 year to play using all the 4 accounts. I have tried to reach out to support multiple times and there is no help. Could you please help have a look into this.

    And now they will close the thread without a investigation and a response. How KabamJax did with mine. Wp Kabam. Hard to check and to give an answer
