When is Photon being added to 6* basic pool?

Thought it was going to be today. See Kindred in there, was he added today and we get Photon in 2 weeks? Just to clarify, this is just about the 6* basic.

    He was added last week, photon gets added next week. Its every two weeks a character gets added from the featured into the basic 3-6 star.
