Hercules Immortality didn't trigger

Hercules immortality didn't trigger when I was fighting Onslaught. I used 4 revives to check and it didn't work. Forgot to record the fight, I will record the video if it happens in the next run.

In my previous two runs, it was working. Don't know what happened in the third run.

Is it because of AAR or am I missing something?

    It always triggered for me alltho i only used him 2 times for the boss.

    Does Onslaught have AAR? I checked the champion info, there is no mention of AAR in his ability.

    Ohk, In other runs, it worked fine that's why I was curious. The immortality worked again in my last run, but this time even his 2nd hit from SP1 was unblockable. I dex the first Sp1 hit then tried to block but 2nd hit was unblockable. Recorded in video. Don't know if its a bug.

    It depends on how many stacks of organic magnetism are on you. Each one reduces the chance of your abilities triggering
