Why deathless guillotine isn't a buff version of og guillotine?

Just curious to know why ..
Since the og guillotine is buffed in the game & i say better to use..
wonder why the deathless version wasn't the buffed version of her og counterpart but the pre buff version.
.
SORRY in advance if this topic is already covered( might have missed it) but curious to know why?

    Lots of people actually prefer the OG Guilly. So it probably has something to do with that

    Ohh..then i guess i missed something about her pre buff abilities then. I started using her after the buff & liked it. Using her casually in AQs & she's doing great with synergy of morningsatr n other.
