Desperate need of 4* shards for iso

Hi all. I'm a cav and I need iso to level up my Champs. I don't seem to find 4* shards anywhere. Am I missing something?

    Try doing incursions. You can then trade the artifacts for 4* Hero crystal. Also glory store will provide a ton of ISO.

    It's the reason there's an ISO problem.

    Can rack up a few five starts relatively easy in BG’s.

    Yeah you're right but once in plat I'm getting paired up with paragon accounts, so there's no way for me to win 🥲

    I know pain, I got gold 1 once and next left thing you know I lost like 37 in a row and went blind in one eye. New ones coming up.
