How does daredevil evade iceman sp2 while frozen?

Ever try an iceman special 2 on daredevil. The first part freezes him then he evades the second part. How when.he is frozen

    Same question, it clearly shows he's frozen. These evaders just some how have built in heaters and evade the icicle from heaven. Really stupid.

    I notice it only does this while fighting against DD. When you're using DD, it doesn't have the same effect. Would be nice to have consistency on such things (cough cough @Kabam Miike )

    and how does iceman freeze someone that successfully evade? how does iceman not melt by hellfire, kabam make stuff up, up to them as devs to do what they want

    Plus, Iceman's special 2 does not cause Coldsnap...why wouldn't Daredevil evade it?

    I know...that is why I pointed out that Iceman's L2 does NOT cause coldsnap...so unless he is under coldsnap when you fire off your L2....he will evade it.

    His sp2 is basically him spraying a lot of snow around them, they shouldn't evade that, and they shouldn't evade the 2nd part of it where he brings down that sexy ass icicle like a god.

    well she is "only" on cosmic level, phoenix barely hurt beyonder after beyonder given her even more power, sure she is up there, but so many more that could crush her
