Unbinding issues

For some reason I can’t unbind my already bound champions. But can bind and unbind champions that aren’t. Why is that? The champions I’m trying to bind are NOT locked in any game mode.

Are the champ used in AW defense? Since war is going on right now, it won't let you unbind the relic.

I’m having a similar issue. I can’t unbind relics on a lot of champs. Very few I can unbind and rebind and on one so far, I can unbind but can’t rebind the relic. Very annoying. All my champions I’ve tried to unbind relics on are free and not in any game mode.
