Which 6* to R4 as a Cav player

I’m a cav player and I got enough resources to r4 a six star, which is better to r4 kate or hercules. I have enough resources to max sig herc. however, many say it’s a no brainer for herc to r4, but Kate is so easy and her damage is very consistent. I am trying to get thronebreaker and which one would be the best r4 for me, your advice would be greatly appreciated
