Locked out of master event

I completed heroic and started master event and after I logged out and back in I'm locked out of the master. I was almost thru chap 1 and was trying to finish master tonight. Anybody else get locked out?!

Yup... same happened to me...

I finish heroic mode too. Then, I was trying to refil my energy and the key appeared in the same window of energy refils. Unfortunately I have clicked on key and then master mode became locked again.
