Need help urgently

Ive download the recent update for next months content ive completed the download logged into the game went to finish old content only to get stuck on the update screen for 40 mins with nothing happening. Atm i cant finish old content do aq or arena the only thing i can do without getting sent to the update screen hslf way thru a fight is battlegrounds.i knw the new content goes live layer today will i still have this problem when the new content arrives what do i do.
The only time i dont see this update screen is when im doing battlegrounds is that odd ive got the new updaylte downloaded already i go to my play store it even says u updated yesterday this morning when i checked just to make sure i wassnt going mad and that it actually updated

    I can see why you see that. The orange tint in his area is making the whites of his eyes blend in. You need to zoom in real close and you'll see that they're open

    Delete the game and reinstall

    Uninstall and reinstall or clear data

    I need help badly need to actually talk to someone at kabam about my mcoc account I've had for years ! It got suspended the other day and rather everyone believes me or not I have no idea why it did. I would like my login history over the last couple weeks, because I think I got hacked. Please help me !
