R5 Maestro thoughts???!!!!

Basically what the title is. Is a rank 5 Maestro worth it at all? I know he can be a killer defender, but does he have any uses for attack?

    You'll never use him in bgs unless your opponent has a 7* and you choose not to ban it. And he's pretty booty on attack but people that haven't tested him are going to disagree with that opinion

    I think he's decent to have around. My r5 does make appearances in BG, and not only when my opponent has a 7*. While he gets the ban hammer a lot at least it's predictable and save a duel threat champ a lot of the time.

    Plus at sig 200 he's an annoying aw boss

    He’s a decent attacker from what I’ve seen. His awakened ability really helps with his offensive rotation as he can refresh the Furies with a special 1

    But his primary purpose is mainly a defender

    Who is the best/ possible counters for maestro?

    Afaik I always use mojo against him, it feels like mojo is built to counter him, but who else works?

He's slow, but he can tank so many hits with that glancing buff it basically makes nearly every single fight in the game safe.     Edit: he's my go to for auto-playing quests lol

    That glancing probably makes him a top autofight champion

    He’s absolutely a defensive focused champ but I really like him on attack, he really needs the be awakened though. Triple immune, massive damage boost against tech champs, when awakened can almost indefinitely maintain his ramp, and glancing is very underrated ability offensively.

    @captain_rogers I've soloed AW boss with Hood.
    Tigra works in BG. Didn't try her yet in AW.

    Idk. My sense is (on defense anyhow) he does what he does at r4…and probably even at r3, unless your opponent has a Tigra, Sorcerer Supreme or werewolf. Anyone else and he more than holds his own.

    Yep it does, he's my go to always and he never dies even against bosses.
