Missing Mastery Points

The mastery points that were once available in act 4 100%, are no longer available to those who completed act 4 but did not 100% it prior to the rewards change some months back. I do believe Kabam may have said something about this back in November… but it’s a new year, what’s the plan there?

    In other words, at level 60 after necro 100% I only have 56 mastery points instead of 60, limiting my suicides setup
