General Advice for Growing an Ally 1. Don’t recruit on global. Instead use mcoc concierge recruiting rooms and the forums recruiting section. 2. In game chat sucks, use line or discord. 3. If you run 2 different aq maps, do not have all your best players in one bg. For example, if you run maps 3 and 4, do not have all the good players in the map 4 group. 4. When you recruit, be honest. Don’t try to sell something that you don’t have. 5. Find capable officers. The leader can’t do everything by themself. 6. Use the kick button wisely, as you can remove leeches and people who are inactive. 7. Good members are hard to come by, but keep trying to recruit.
Oops I didn’t mention where it is. MCOC concierge is a line bot. I also couldn’t recommend line more as an alliance chat app. Additionally, if you end up using line make sure to set a line id so recruits can add you.
it depends what you're looking for. if you want a casual alliance, then look for casual players. if you're going hardcore, then look for hardcore players. be open and honest to your recruits
First. Ingame chat isnt that bad. There are people who don't want line ( Could be Chinese Spyware for Line friends) and discord is better but still people who don't want it. Quick Tip: Keep ur alliance chill. There is no point in going too hardcore. Get good rewards while not being super strict.
Please tell me how an app managed by a South Korean company can be Chinese spyware.

A couple of our most valuable members came from global. Sometimes it works out.

I would read some of the responses above to find other places to recruit as well.
