Raid Charges Bug

I don't have all the screenshots. But the number of charges showing up keeps fluctuating between fights.

At one point Vanguard had 11 charges. Dropped to 1. Back up to 4.

When it said there were 4 Vanguard charges I was hitting the damage cap with Titania in 100 seconds.

So seems more like a visual bug than anything. But I'm sure this would add to the confusion.

    Are the cross fights for one fight only then drop back down to 0 (or 1)?

    Yes, you need to build them up in each fight.

    Just the Vanguard charges were drastically dropping. The others fluctuated by 1 or two sometimes.
