Me and my bud are carrying our raid map and all of the sudden our charges are gone against the 3rd boss (maestro).. also it was near the end of the fight.. why is aren't we getting any response on this? We haven't got the time!? + i did 10% damage cap to just come back to this boss with the 10% healed back and the charges gone.

    I see plenty of compensation being handed out, not only for raids but also for the Act 4 mastery points debacle of 2023.

    Did Kabam even acknowledged any raid bugs or how raid isn't performing how they planned?
