Alliance war rewards

I didn't get war rewards last weekend and I never switched alliances, played every war, and I've been in the same alliance for about a year. I have nothing in my mailbox about season rewards.

What do I need to do to get my rewards?

    Yes, I'm top 2 in my bg. I always have one side of boss island to clear and possibly boss. I fight every war.

    No but a few others that played every war didn't get rewards either. It's really weird, this has never happened.

    Yes he’s in my alliance and a very active member of the BG and boss killer. No reason he should not have his received his rewards @Kabam Miike

    Appreciate the help but every time I try a support ticket I don't get support. It's really annoying to miss rewards. I just expect what kabam promises.
