Revive and Unit Waste aka Kabam's Bug 8.2.6

I saw many threads on the same issue but I still want to create one because I am so frustrated.

Gulli 2099 challenge (btw still not completed) cost me 20+ revives, potions, and 300+ units, and after so many tries I had to quit.

When I completed phase 3, Bahamet reached 40%. But he goes back to 41-42% due to adrenaline recovery (removed any regen mastery from my side) and I have to complete phase 2 again and then die and then complete phase 2 again and then die .............................. this loop continues.

I am just an average player, even if I don't get hit and just block a few attacks, I can only push him to throw radiation 2-3 times. Because first I need to gain Removal Charge every time I die, and then complete phase 2 again (because of his regen from adrenaline) only to lose the removal charge, then gain another removal charge and by then Gulli will have less to no health because of her low health pool.

This is a major bug and since the start, no official has given attention to this bug.

Adding video for proof. Apart from resources it also took me a lot of time without any gain.

    What if you didn't die after completing phase 3? (We've all had this happen to us I'm just busting your chops)

    This happened to me yesterday. Didn’t realise it was a bug, just thought it was a mechanic of the fight. Uhhhhhhh! I need to go back to Playing on the Super Nintendo. Far fewer bugs playing Street Fighter 2.

    Listen if you're not MSD you're an average player on this game which means 99% of us are average players. We know how you feel

    Which path should I take with Gulli 2099 to avoid his regen? Any advice? I will try in the next few days again.

    I completed it yesterday
    Don’t use your prefights, build and use your sp2 and then drop below 15%, he will take damage and get charges
