CAN'T LINK MY KABAM ID.

Hi
To start it off, my acc is linked with google play games. I want to claim the free crystals from the Online Store but they ask me to login with my kabam ID. So I made a new kabam ID (with which I am logged in with) and added it in the game and it started a completely new ID. So I had to complete the tutorial and remove it to get my main ID back. Please help me. How do I log in/link my kabam ID with my main Acc?

    If you log out of the new acct and then click Start, maybe it will load your default.

    I have a similar problem, only my acc used to be linked to a kabam acc, I couldn't claim webstore crystal cuz I didn't know the password, tried to do it myself and reset stuff and it didn't work, contacted kabam and they can't help cuz apparently I got the security questions wrong :smiley: a me problem but it still stings

    Btw it now says I'm not logged in with kabam acc but I still have my progress also im logged in with Google play

    After the last update I had the same issue. The game launched into a new account, where it would usually launch into my main as default.. I had to log out and put my email and password in for my main, which works fine but if I forget and launch without logging in, I get the new account again
