WOW deathless objectives

Tldr; there will be objectives in WOW that require the use of 7* deathless champs.

Problem is this announcement has come after the opportunities to unlock the champion through content has gone away.

Personally, I chose not to go for deathless guilly. I made that choice because at the time, she was a glorified trophy champion. No practical use for her, she just looks a little different.

But now, kabam has decided that actually she is useful. Here’s the problem, if you haven’t already unlocked her then you’ll have to spend 5000 - 15,000 units depending on how many pieces you did collect. That is not ok.

There was absolutely zero indication when this champion was released that she would be needed for special challenges in future.

My solution to this, allow us to purchase the deathless pieces without units. This was already a feature before, and right now you can buy a deathless king groot piece for battlegrounds tokens. Oh, and let us use the 6* version for these special objectives.

It literally says that it's an optional grace point objective. You can still get all the milestones without her, and I don't expect it to be an easy point anyway.

I don't mean to sound harsh, but you chose not to go for it, which was your prerogative, but now you have to deal with the consequences

Because you decided she was trophy champion doesn't mean she is. She's actually pretty decent. Also so you didn't go after her but you want the other deathless champ? So really what's the point if you're not going to collect them all?

To be fair, Kabam actually stated (at least in livestream) before release of deathless champs that there would be objectives with them.

They clearly said at the start of the deathless champs that they will all be useful for a future quest limited to deathless champs to unlock the final one, Thanos I believe. Which will be meta relevant

FOMO is REALLY being pushed this year. Great way to play on those minds that NEED everything.
Remember, it's just a game and it's meant to be fun. A lot of people seem to have forgotten the last part.
