Asking for help.

Hi I wanted to make this to see if there was anyway I could get someone from kabam to help me. I’ve been playing this game for a really long time since 2016 on/off. I tend to make mistakes here and there but not many like I did today. I was in the process of purchasing bundles from the love is a battlerealm store and I made the biggest mistake by confusing the bundles I had already purchased and the ones right next to it. I’m a Paragon player and the bundle I was purchasing was the bundle 2 which were sigs & an awakening stone. I stopped at 2 purchases and went to upgrade some champs and see what else I could use them on and noticed a few champs I could sig up so I went right back to the store. I thought I clicked the right bundle and feeling a bit trigger happy about the upgrades I was going to make I mistakenly bought the bundle 3 which literally made my heart sink when I saw all my units disappear. I was saving them for other things I wanted to purchase (deathless guillotine piece) and other potential things I could’ve bought. But now I can’t really do any of that. I contacted support for the 3rd time ever and I can’t seem to get through because I can’t verify certain questions which sounds sketch I get it but there’s things that I don’t remember 100% accurately from 2016. It was a very busy year in my life. For the most part I wrote everything correctly from my knowledge but apparently I’m always making a mistake on a question. I don’t know what it is and what I can do about it. Out of the 3 times I’ve ever contacted support I’ve had the same verification problem. And out of the 3 times I’ve ever messaged kabam support I’ve only been successful once. Which was the problem I had before this one. So naturally what I did, since it was the most recent issue and I was able resolve it, I used the exact verification I did for that one on this one and apparently I’m still not able to verify my account. I sent photos of my account, I sent a picture of my first purchases, I’ve put the literal location I’ve lived in for 8 years now, I showed my achievements, I’ve even provided a video of me logging into my account and showing this is literally me. But even then I can’t seem to get through verification. Is there anyway someone can look into making this an easier process? It’s so frustrating because it feels like I’m fighting to solve a problem that has such a limited time to fix. They said I could fix it but I only have 3 days but they’ve closed my ticket. Is there anything I can do? Is there anyway I can refund the ingame items for the units? I didn’t touch the items I purchased and honestly I don’t even want to log in and do anything. I’m not a free to play player but that was over $300 in units and that kinda hurt. So I’m reaching out to see if anyone can help? If I can contact someone on the kabam team and get this verification process fixed aswell so if I do ever have an issue in the future I won’t have to go through the hassle and be able to receive the help I need I would be eternally greatful!
